Q. How do I place an order?
Just browse your favorite items, click “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart”, and proceed to checkout.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Razorpay, Cashfree, and Paytm – including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking.
Q. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid for secure delivery.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days based on your location.
Q. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, we’ll share a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel in real-time.
Q. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship to all serviceable pincodes across India.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q. Can I return a product?
Yes — but only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Q. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process the refund within 5–7 working days.
